The AIDS Action Europe clearinghouse is a central point where NGOs, policy makers, networks and other stakeholders in Europe and Central Asia can share key documents and good practice materials.
The article discusses vulnerability to HIV among groups displaced by armed conflict. It is argued that a human rights framework provides a useful basis for understanding and addressing this vulnerability. For instance, such a framework can inform crucial confidentiality around testing. It can also inform discussions in refugee communities to address (upset) gender roles and relations.
