At the AIDS Action Europe seminar on Public Policy Dialogue Bryan Teixeira discussed with the participants what community level leadership means, the major obstacles to community leadership and how one knows s/he has what it takes to be a leader. There is a need for HIV and migrant sexual health promotion leadership, but how do you build this leadership?!
