BackIs There Enough Political Commitment and Funding?
This presentation was given at the regional session on Europe and Central Asia during the International AIDS Conference in Vienna. The presentation is about commitment and finance in Europe and Central Asia. Since the Alma Ata Declaration in 1978 there have been a number of other declarations of commitment to fight HIV and AIDS in Europe and its neighbours, including the UNGASS declaration and the Dublin declaration. But what about the funding connected to these commitments?
